الملخص

إن الانفتاح على قطاع السمعي البصري في الجزائر، وإن حدث بشكل مفاجئ وغير منظم، إلا أنه كان مرحلة مفصلية في مسار الإعلام المرئي، بكل مزاياها وعيوبها. وفي ظل الانتقادات الكثيرة التي تطال القنوات الفضائية الخاصة وصحافييها، شكلا ومضمونا، خصوصا من المشاهد الذي لا ينظر إلا للمنتج النهائي، تسعى هذه الورقة العلمية إلى التعرف على انعكاسات الظروف العامة لممارسة المهنة من جهة، وظروف العمل داخل هذه المؤسسات من جهة أخرى على الأداء الإعلامي للصحافيين، كما تتطرق هذه الدراسة إلى معايير الموضوعية وأخلاقيات المهنة الصحافية وإمكانيات تجسيدها في الممارسة اليومية، في ظل حداثة التجربة وضرورة مرافقتها للوصول إلى تعددية في قطاع السمعي البصري. The openness to the audiovisual sector in Algeria, and if it happened suddenly and disorganized, it was a pivotal stage in the path of visual media, with all its advantages and disadvantages.In light of the many criticisms that affect the private satellite channels and their journalists, in form and content, especially from the viewer who only considers the final product, this scientific paper seeks to identify the implications of the general conditions for practicing the profession on the one hand, and the working conditions within these institutions on the other hand on media performance For journalists, this study also addresses the criteria of objectivity and ethics of the journalistic profession and the possibilities of its embodiment in daily practice, in light of the recent experience and the need to accompany it to reach a pluralism in the audiovisual sector.
