لاقى فتح القطاع السمعي البصري أمام الخواص، اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين في مجال علوم الإعلام والاتصال، الذين انكبوا على دراسة مختلف القضايا الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، كنتاج لهذه التجربة الإعلامية "الحديثة" في الجزائر، من أجل تقويمها وترشيدها وعقلنتها، ومحاولة البحث في تجلياتها ورهاناتها المستقبلية. وبناء على ذلك، تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية الموسومة بـ:"مقاربة تفكيكية في بنية القنوات الفضائية الجزائرية الخاصة"، للحفر في الأبنية الظاهرة والخفية التي تشتغل وتتحكم في سير القنوات الفضائية الجزائرية الخاصة.
