دراسة تحليلية لاتجاهات الموظفين حول مساهمة القيادة بالتمكين في تطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة -دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية لشلالة العذاورة لولاية المدية-

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة درجة ممارسة القيادة بالتمكين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بشلالة العذاورة من خلال ابعادها وكذلك مدى توافر مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة ،ومحاولة تحديد الأثر الذي يمكن ان تحدثه القيادة بالتمكين على تطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة كما يراها الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة،ولاختبار ذلك قمنا بتصميم استبيان بالاعتماد على نموذج الدراسة المقترح،وتم توزيعه على عينة عشوائية من الموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسة ،ومن خلال الاستطلاع الميداني وتطبيق اداة الدراسة على المبحوثين والتحليل باستخدام برنامج (spss v24)، خلصت الدراسة الى ان كلا من ممارسة ابعاد القيادة بالتمكين و مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة متوفران في المؤسسة بمستوى متوسط نسبيا،الى جانب عدم وجود اثر لكل من (تحفيز العاملين وإثارة دافعيتهم ،وتفويض السلطة،وكذلك المسؤولية مهمة في التمكين) في تطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة ،مع وجود اثر دال احصائيا لكل من( دعم الادارة العليا لعملية التمكين وبعد الثقة في العاملين ) في تحقيق متطلبات ادارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. The study aimed to know the degree of leadership with empowerment in the General Organization for Health institution in Challahet Al-Adaoura through its dimensions, as well as the availability of the principles of total q(uality management, and try to determine the impact that leadership can make by empowering the application of the principles of total quality management as seen by the employees of the institution under study, and to test that We designed a questionnaire based on the proposed study model, and it was distributed to a random sample of employees working in the institution, and through the field survey and the application of the study tool to the respondents and analysis using the program (spss v24), the study concluded that KK No of exercising the dimensions of leadership with empowerment and the principles of total quality management are available in the organization at a relatively medium level, along with the absence of a trace for both motivating employees and raising their motivation, and delegating authority, as well as responsibility is important in empowerment in applying the principles of total quality management, with a statistically significant effect For each of the higher management support for the empowerment process and after confidence in the employees in achieving the requirements of total quality management in the institution under study. L'étude visait à connaître le degré de pratique du leadership avec autonomisation dans l'Institution publique pour la santé de Shallalah Al-Adawrah à travers ses dimensions ainsi que la disponibilité des principes de gestion de la qualité totale, et essayer de déterminer l'impact que le leadership peut avoir en habilitant l'application des principes de gestion de la qualité totale tels que vus par les employés de l'institution à l'étude, et à tester que Nous avons conçu un questionnaire basé sur le modèle d'étude proposé, et il a été distribué à un échantillon aléatoire d'employés travaillant dans l'institution, et à travers une enquête sur le terrain et l'application de l'outil d'étude aux répondants et une analyse utilisant le programme (spss v24), l'étude a conclu que votre Aucun exercice des dimensions du leadership avec responsabilisation et les principes de la gestion de la qualité totale ne sont disponibles dans l'organisation à un niveau relativement moyen, ainsi que le manque d'effet pour chacun (motiver les employés et augmenter leur motivation, et déléguer l'autorité, ainsi que la responsabilité est importante dans la responsabilisation) dans l'application des principes de la gestion de la qualité totale, avec un impact D statistiquement pour chacun (soutenir la direction générale du processus d'autonomisation et après avoir fait confiance aux employés) pour atteindre les exigences de la gestion de la qualité totale dans l'établissement à l'étude.
