فلسفة العدالة الكونية عند جون راولز

الملخص
الملخص: تعد العدالة فضيلة أخلاقية وقيمة اجتماعية تطمح إليها الشعوب والأمم، وبعض الأنظمة السياسية والاجتماعية، لهذا كانت محط اهتمام وبحث المفكرين والفلاسفة والعلماء، سواء علماء القانون أو الاجتماع أو السياسة، إن من حيث المفهوم أو المبادئ التي يجب أن تقوم عليها، ودورها في بناء المؤسسات الاجتماعية والسياسية، فهي أساس بنية المجتمع. ولقد حلم الإنسان بمجتمع تسود فيه العدالة والتي تقوم على المساواة في الحقوق والواجبات، ويزول فيه الظلم والتفاوت، فكان أن فكر الإنسان في بناء مجتمع ودولة أساسها العدل، فوضع نظريات وأفكار في كيفية بناء العدالة، وهو ما نجده لدى اليونان مع أفلاطون خاصة، وفي الفكر الإسلامي مع الفارابي، والمسيحي مع القديس أوغسطين، وصولا إلى فلاسفة التنوير أمثال روسو وهوبز. أما في الفلسفة المعاصرة فقد كان لنظريات الفيلسوف الأمريكي جون راولز صدى كبير على المجتمعات وعلى السياسات بما حملته من أفكار وتنظير جديد، وهوما دفعني لدراسة فلسفة العدالة الكونية عنده_أي جون راولز_ Abstract: Moral virtue is justice and aspiring social value to peoples and Nations, and certain political and social systems, that have been the focus of attention and consideration intellectuals, philosophers and scientists whether law scholars or social scientists or policy , the concept or the principles that must underlie, and their role in building social and political institutions, is the basis of the structure of society, and human dreams of society where justice prevails and which are based on equality of rights and duties, and where injustice and inequality disappear , human thought in a society and a State based on justice, development Theories and ideas on how to build justice is what we find in Greece with Plato, in Islamic thought with Al-Farabi, and Christian with St. Augustine, down to the philosophers of the enlightenment like Rousseau and Hobbes. In contemporary philosophy, the theories of the philosopher John Rawls echo on societies and on the policy as his campaign ideas and arthroscopy, which prompted me to study the philosophy of cosmic justice for him _ who is John Rawls _
