الملخص
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية توظيف براديغم العدالة كإنصاف للفيلسوف الأمريكي جون راولز كمقاربة نظرية للتفاعل مع المسائل الأخلاقية والمعيارية التي يطرحها الفضاء السيبراني، و كأرضية ابستمولوجية للتقعيد لمفهوم الاخلاقيات السيبرانية. وبَحثَت الدراسة في مختلف التحولات على المستوى السلوكي والمعياري لمستخدمي الانترنت ورهانات التزامهم الاخلاقي داخل الفضاء السيبراني من زاوية سوسيو-نفسية. كما تناولت الدراسة الأخلاقيات السيبرانية كمفهوم نظري ودورها كمساطير معيارية مُؤطرة للسلوك الافتراضي، في إطار محاولة توسيع دائرة النقاش الايتيقي حول أخلقة الفضاء السيبراني،عن طريق طرح منظور راولز كمُستَند نظري ومعياري لارساء الاخلاقيات السيبرانية The present study aimed at employing the American philosopher John Rawls's justice as a fairness paradigm as a theoretical approach to interact with the ethical and normative questions imposed by cyberspace, and as an epistemological basis for the theorization of the concept of cyberethics.The study also approached the behavioral and normative shifts of Internet users and the stakes of their ethical commitment within cyberspace from a socio-psychological angle. Furthermore, the study examined the cyberethics as a theoretical concept and its role as framing normative framework for the virtual behavior, in an attempt to broaden the ethical debate on cyberspac, by presenting Rawls' perspective as a theoretical and normative support for establishing cyberethics.
