جون راولز ...نحو عدالة كونية بين الشعوب John Rawls…toward Universal Justice Among Peoples

الملخص
إن الحياة الإنسانية فضائل أخلاقية وعليه فهي لا تستقيم إلا بتلك الفضائل الأخلاقية التي تضمن للإنسان حياة كريمة،حياة جوهرها وروحها الأمن النفسي والأمن المادي وحفظ كرامة الإنسان وتسهيل تمتعه بحقوقه وأدائه لواجباته اتجاها نفسه وغيره ووطنه. إن من أهم الفضائل التي ينشدها الإنسان وتستقيم الحياة الإنسانية بها فضيلة العدالة التي هي موضوع بحثنا هذا، والتي ارتبطت بإسم الفيلسوف الأمريكي جون رولز الذي حاول تجسيدها داخل المجتمع الأمركي وتعميمها على مجتمع الشعوب أي نقلها إلى الكونية والعالمية. وعليه فقد جاءت ورقتنا البحثية هذه محاولة فك شفرة مفهوم العدالة عند جون رولز الذي شكل مفهومه لكي يبحث تلك الفضيلة التي تزرع الاستقامة التي تنشدها الحياة الإنسانية داخل المجتمعات الليبيرالية أولا ثم المجتمع العالمي ثانيا وأخيرا. الكلمات المفتاحية:جون راولز،قانون الشعوب،الحرب العادلة،قاعدة التسامح. Abstract: Human life is moral virtues, and therefore it is not upright except with those moral virtues that guarantee a decent life for a person, a life whose essence and spirit are psychological and material security, preserving human dignity and facilitating his enjoyment of his rights and the performance of his duties towards himself, others and his country. One of the most important virtues that man seeks and uprights human life is the virtue of justice, which is the subject of our research, and which was associated with the name of the American philosopher John Rawls, who tried to embody it within American society and circulate it to the community of peoples, that is, transfer it to the universal and global. Accordingly, our research paper came as an attempt to decipher the concept of justice of John Rawls, who formed his concept in order to discuss that virtue that cultivates the integrity sought by human life within liberal societies first, and then the global community second and last.
