Résumé

ملخص: أدركت الجزائر أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و دورها الفعال في تحقيق التنمية في مختلف النواحي ٬و ذلك نظرا للخصائص التي تتميز بها هذه المؤسسات٬ و من هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء على الدور التنموي لها بالرغم مما توجهه من صعوبات و تحديات أثرت سلبا على استقرارها و إستمراريتها، و ذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة تؤدي دورا محوريا في عملية التنمية ،سواءا على الصعيد الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي أو الثقافي و السياسي أو حتى البيئي و الاجتماعي ،و هو الأمر الذي يحتم على السلطات التركيز على هذا النوع من المؤسسات من خلال دعمه. Abstract: Algeria recognized the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises and their effective role in achieving development in various areas, due to the characteristics of these institutions and from this point of view this study came with the aim to highlighting the developmental role of them, despite the difficulties and challenges that negatively affected their stability and continuity ,bases on descriptive analytical approach ,and we have reached through this study that small and medium-sized enterprises play a pivotal role in the development process, whether on the economic, social, cultural, political, or even environmental and social levels, which is what requires the authorities to focus On this type of institution by supporting them.
