مفهوم المواطنة بين التنظير الفلسفي والأجرأة العلمية

الملخص
يهدف هذه المقال التعرف على المقاربات المنهجية في تحديد مفهوم المواطنة وأثرها على تطوره، حيث سيتضح الطريق الذي سلكته المقاربات الفلسفية من جهة، والطريق الذي اتبعته المقاربات العلمية، في التنظير الفلسفي في الحالة الأولى، وفي الأجرأة العلمية في الحالة الثانية، وما ترتب عن سلوك هذين المنهجين من قصور في صياغة مفاهيم متعددة، بداية من العصور القديمة إلى التاريخ المعاصر. وبعد ذلك يقدم هذا المقال تصورا منهجيا لصياغة مفهوم المواطنة من شأنه أن يعالج بعض النقص في المنهج العلمي الذي اعتمد على الأجرأة، من جهة، ومنه الانتقال إلى معالجة القصور في المقاربات الفلسفية التي تأثرت بالمنهج العلمي، من جهة أخرى، للوصول إلى منهج شامل يتجنب علل ذلك القصور في التنظير الفلسفي وفي الأجرأة العلمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المواطنة-التنظير الفلسفي-الأجرأة العلمية. Résumé de l'article Cet article vise à identifier les approches méthodologiques permettant de déterminer le concept de citoyenneté et son impact sur son développement. Des lacunes dans la formulation de multiples concepts allant de l'Antiquité à l'histoire contemporaine. Cette intervention fournit ensuite une vision méthodologique pour la formulation du concept de citoyenneté, qui permettrait de remédier certaines des lacunes de la méthode scientifique fondée sur l'opérationnisme, d'une part, et à la transition visant à remédier les lacunes des approches philosophiques influencées par la méthode scientifique, d'autre part, pour parvenir à une approche globale évitant les maux.
