انماط التكوين في الجامعة الجزائرية " الواقع و المأمول "

الملخص
الملخص : يهدف البحث المعنون بــــ “واقع أنماط التكوين في الجامعة الجزائرية. الواقع والمأمول” إلى التعرف على واقع أنماط التكوين المتبعة في الجامعة الجزائرية عينة البحث، وهل تحقق أنماط التكوين المتبعة الأهداف المرجوة منها و ماهو نمط التكوين المتبع في كل من العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الدقيقة و ما هي الصعوبات التي تحول دون تطبيق نمط التكوين الحديث في الجامعة الجزائرية. وللوصول إلى هذه الأهداف اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتشخيص ومسح الظاهرة قيد الدراسة، وعلى أداتين تمثلتا في استبيان موجه للطلبة وخريجي الجامعة لقياس نمط التكوين الذي تتبعه الجامعة مع العينة قيد الدراسة، الاستبيان الثاني يقيس الصعوبات التي تعترض الأستاذ المكون في تطبيق النمط التكويني الذي ينتج المعرفة، هاتين الأداتين طبقتا على عينة من الطلبة عددها 215 طالب وخريج جامعي و90 أستاذاً مكوناً جامعيا. وبعد تطبيق الأدوات وجمع البيانات وتفريغها خلصت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية: - نمط التكوين الغالب المطبق في الجامعة الجزائرية وفق عينة البحث هو النمط الدمجي القائم على تبليغ المعرفة وتلقينها. - أن التكوين في الجامعة الجزائرية وفق عينة البحث لم يحقق معظم الأهداف المنتظرة من التكوين الجامعي الحديث. - ليس هناك اختلاف في نمط التكوين المتبع في الجامعة بين طلبة العلوم الإنسانية وطلبة العلوم الدقيقة. - تتمثل الصعوبات التي تواجه الأستاذ المكون في تطبيق النموذج التكويني الإنتاجي للمعرفة في عدم وضوح السياسة المتبعة في التكوين العالي، وفي نقص في تكوين الأستاذ. الكلمات المفتاحية : نمط التكوين، الجامعة الجزائرية، الطالب الجامعي، الأستاذ الجامعي Abstract: The aim of the entitled research " patterns’ reality of training in the Algerian University, reality and hope”" is to identify the patterns of composition used in the Algerian university, research’s sample, and whether these patterns achieve the desired goals and what is the pattern of composition followed by both human sciences and exact sciences, and what are the difficulties in applying the pattern of modern configuration in the Algerian University. To reach the study goals we adopted the descriptive approach to diagnose and survey the phenomenon of the study. We also used two forms of questionnaires; the first is for the University students and graduates to measure the pattern of composition followed by the university within the study sample. The second measures the difficulties faced by the professor in the application of the formative form of production of knowledge. Those two tools were applied to a sample of 215 University students and graduates, and 90 university professors. After application of tools and data collection the study concluded the following results: - The dominant pattern of composition applied in the Algerian University according to the research sample is the integrated mode based on informing and teaching knowledge. - The composition of the Algerian University according to the sample did not achieve most of the objectives expected from the modern university training. - There is no difference in the pattern of the composition used at the university between humanities and exact sciences students. - The difficulties faced by the professor in the application of the formative form of production of knowledge in the lack of clarity policy in the composition of the high, and the lack of composition of the professor.
