اسهامات صحافة الانترنت في تعزيز حرية الراي والتعبير المجتمعية

الملخص
تعد حرية الرأي والتعبير متطلب رئيسي وضروري لقيام حياة ديمقراطية ومجتمع سليم فكريا وعقائديا وسياسيا، وقيامها يتطلب توفير وتجنيد كافة الوسائل في المجتمع، وبما أننا في عصر الثورة المعلوماتية فإن المشهد اليوم قد دخل فضاء الانترنت، وبالتحديد صحافة الانترنت وآلياتها كأحد مقومات ومبادئ إرساء حرية الرأي والتعبير. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بطبيعة إسهامات صحافة الانترنت في توسيع نطاق حرية الرأي والتعبير المجتمعية من خلال التعريف بصحافة الانترنت وحرية الرأي التعبير، وإيضاح قواعد حماية حق الاتصال وحرية الرأي والتعبير عبر صحافة الانترنت لتعميم التجربة الديمقراطية وإحساس العدالة في البيئة الاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: صحافة الانترنت، حرية الرأي والتعبير، قواعد حماية الاتصال الالكتروني. Abstract: Freedom of opinion and expression is viewed as a major and a necessary requirement to build a democratic way of life and an unspoiled society in terms of Ideology, faith and politics .This building requires all the means which society can provide. The information revolution we witness leads us to get in the Internet space, namely the Internet press and its mechanisms as one of the components and principles of the establishment of freedom of opinion and expression. This paper aims to unveil the nature of the Internet press contributions in expanding the scope of social freedom of opinion and expression through defining both the Internet and the freedom of opinion and expression. Then, clarifying the Internet press rules of protection of the right of communication and freedom of opinion and expression in order to disseminate the democratic experience and the sense of justice in the social environment.
