الملخص

ملخص: ان مشكلة الدراسة تدور حول الحق في إبداء الرأي لما له من الأهمية، إلا أنه مثل سائر الحقوق يخضع لمبدأ المسؤولية والواجب ، وأن الشرائع على اختلافها إلا أنها تتفق في المجمل على أنه لا مكان لشيء اسمه حرية التعبير المطلقة، وبالتالي فإن ظاهرة الشذوذ الفكري في فهم الحرية والذي ينعكس على حالة الشذوذ السلوكي والعملي الذي لا يفرق بين: الحرية والتشهير، وبين الحرية والإساءة، وبين الحرية والاستهزاء، وبين حرية التعبير وواجب احترام المقدسات الدينية خاصة الإسلامية منها التي شهدت حملات مسعورة من طرف الاعلام الغربي هو من العبث وليس من الحرية في شيء. فالاستهزاء والسب الذي تعرض اليه سيد الخلق اجمعين سيدنا محمد ص عبر الرسومات الكاريكاتورية الساخرة، جعلنا نسعى الى مواجهة هذه المضامين الإعلامية والتنديد بها من اجل رد الاعتبار لرسولنا الكريم. Abstract: The problem of the study revolves around the right to express an opinion because of its importance, but like all other rights, it is subject to the principle of responsibility and duty, and that the laws are different, but they agree in the aggregate that there is no place for such a thing as absolute freedom of expression, and therefore the phenomenon of intellectual anomalies in understanding Freedom, which is reflected in the case of behavioral and practical anomalies that does not differentiate between: freedom and defamation, between freedom and abuse, between freedom and ridicule, and between freedom of expression and the duty to respect religious sanctities, especially Islamic ones that witnessed frenzied campaigns by the Western media. The mockery and insult to which the master of all creation, our master Muhammad, peace be upon him, was subjected through satirical caricatures, made us seek to confront these media contents and denounce them in order to restore honor to our honorable Messenger.
