الملخص
تركز هذه الورقة البحثية على إبراز المقاييس التي تهتم بإعداد أختصاصي المكتبات والمعلومات ضمن برامج التعليم الجامعية في الجامعة الجزائرية وتأهيله للعمل على تقديم الخدمة المكتبية والمعلوماتية في ظل عناصر البيئة الرقمية، بما يضمن إيصال رسالة المكتبة ومؤسسة المعلومات إلى جمهور المستفيدين على أكمل وجه. حيث نقدم من خلال هذه الورقة مجموعة المقاييس ذات العلاقة بالبيئة الرقمية المعتمدة في التكوين بأقسام المكتبات في الجزائر، مع التركيز على التخصصات المفتوحة في مستوى الماستر، مع تحليل مضامينها وتقديم إحصاءات حولها بما يوضح مدى الاستعداد للعمل ضمن هذه البيئة الجديدة، خاصة وأن الاتجاه العالمي اليوم يسير نحو هيكلة مؤسسات المكتبات والمعلومات وفقا للبيئة الرقمية ضمانا لتطوير وسائل التشجيع على المطالعة والقراءة، ومنافسة التجهيزات التكنولوجية متعددة الخدمات ضمانا للبقاء وتيسيرا للوصول إلى الهدف الأساسي وهو تطوير المجتمعات, انطلاقا من العلم الذي يكتسب ويبنى على القراءة والمطالعة والبحث المتواصل. This paper focuses on highlighting the criteria for the preparation and qualification of a library and information specialist in within the university education and training programs at the University of Algeria to provide office and information service under the elements of the digital environment, ensuring that the Library and Information Foundation message is delivered to the full audience of beneficiaries. Through this paper, we provide a set of measures related to the digital environment adopted in the formation of the libraries sections in Algeria, focusing on open disciplines at the master level, analyzing its contents and providing statistics on them, which shows the readiness to work within this new environment. The global trend today is toward the structuring of library and information institutions according to the digital environment. Especially according to the observation, the global trend today is toward structuring library and information institutions in accordance with the digital environment to ensure the development of means to encourage reading and readiness, competition for multi-service technological equipment to ensure survival and facilitate access to the basic goal of developing societies, based on the science gained and built on reading and continuing research.
