الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على النمو الحضري في العالم العربيالذي أصبح مصدر اهتمام أوساط عديدة، بسبب ما يرصد واقعه منخصائص، وما يطرحه من قضايا اجتماعية واقتصادية والنتائج التي أفرزها ويفرزها والتي تمس مختلف جوانب الحياة. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف هذا البحث، اعتمدنا على تحليل مستوى النمو الحضري وعوامله وخصائصه، وابراز مراحله واتجاهاته وأنماطه، الى جانب التعرف على ديناميكيته وحركة التمدين في العالم العربي. ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث هو أنمستوى التحضر في العالم العربي أصبح من أعلى المستويات الملاحظة وبوتيرة متسارعة، ويظل التسارع هي الصفة الأساسية المهيمنة، ويشكل النمو السكاني عاملا هاما في تزايد نسبة التحضر، كما يشهد نشوء المدن الضخمة وتوسع المناطق الحضرية بصورة متزايدة وسريعة، مع بروز ظاهرة المدن الرئيسية وتضخم عدد سكان العواصم، وأنه سيكون نمو المدن أكبر عامل يؤثر على التنمية في السنوات اللاحقة. المدينة، التغير الحضري، نمو المدن. This paper seeks to highlight urban growth in the Arab world, which has become a source of interest among many quarters, because of its reality, social and economic issues and the results it produces and produces that affect various aspects of life. In order to achieve the objective of this research, we have relied on analysing the level of urban growth, its factors and characteristics, highlighting its stages, trends and patterns, as well as identifying its dynamics and urbanization movement in the Arab world. One of the findings of this research is that the level of urbanization in the Arab world has become one of the highest observed and at an accelerated pace, acceleration remains the dominant core characteristic, population growth is an important factor in the increasing rate of urbanization, as well as the emergence of mega-cities and the expansion of urban areas. Increasingly and rapidly, with the emergence of the phenomenon of major cities and the swell population of capital capitals, the growth of cities will be the biggest factor affecting development in subsequent years.
