The Relationship Between Perceived Fulfillment Of Employer Brand Attributes And Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

This paper examines the influence of employer branding on organizational citizenship behavior. A survey was conducted using a sample of 264 employees from companies certified as best employers in Algeria by Best Companies Group. This study draws from the instrumental/symbolic approach of brand management applied on the human resources management, to determine the effect of the level of fulfillment of organizational attributes on employees’ citizenship behavior. The results of the study revealed a significant and moderate association.
