التعدد اللغوي وإشكاليته في تعليمية اللغة العربية الفصحى في المدرسة الجزائرية في إطار البعد الوظيفي التواصلي

الملخص
ترتبط اللغة ارتباطا وثيقا بالمجتمع ،فهي قلبها النابض وجهازها المحرك ،وهي أداة للتطور العلمي والمعرفي ،فلا يمكن التواصل مع المجتمع الواحد إلا عن طريق اللغة الموحدة فتصبح أحد المقومات الأساسية لهوية ذلك المجتمع . لكن خضوع الكثير من الدول للاستعمار وغيره من العوامل أدى إلى خلق قضية لغوية ، تعد من أكبر المعضلات التي تحول دون تعليم اللغة العربية الفصيحة وتعلمها ،وهي قضية التعدد اللغوي .والجزائر واحدة من هذه الدول التي تعيش وضعا لغويا يتميز بالتعدد اللغوي على المستويين المنطوق والمكتوب ، وقد اتخذت شكلين بارزين هما:الثنائية اللغوية Bilinguismeوالازدواجية اللغويةDiglossie،وخلق قضية لغوية كنتيجة حتمية لهذا التعدد اللغوي هي التداخل اللغوي Interférence linguistique.وقد أنتج هذا التعدد اغتراب ثقافي أثر بشكل سلبي على المتعلم الجزائري وتعليمية لغته العربية الفصيحة الممثلة لهويته ودينه وثقافته . وفي ظل هذا الطرح تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلط الضوء على هذه القضية لمعرفة أسبابها ومظاهرها و الإجراءات المثلى التي يمكن من خلالها تلافي إفرازات هذا الوضع من أجل تكوين متعلم قادر على تجاوز سلبياته بكل مظاهره "الصوتية والصرفية والتركيبية خاصة"،وتمكينه من إحكام مهارة التصرف في البنى والتراكيب والدلالات اللغوية الصحيحة في مختلف المواقف الوظيفية التواصلية Language is closely related to society, it is the engine, a tool for the development of science and knowledge, can communicate with one community only through the unified language becomes one of the basic components of the identity of that community,but the exposure of many countries to the colonizer led to the creation of a language issue,it is one of the biggest problems that prevent the teaching and learning of fluent Arabic.The issue of multilingualism. Algeria is one of those countries that live in a linguistic situation characterized by multilingualism on the operative and written level.Two prominent forms have taken place: bilingualism and bilingualism anddiglossie.Thecreation of a linguistic issue as an inevitable consequence of this multilingualism is the interférence linguistique,this pluralism produced a cultural alienation that negatively affected the Algerian learner and the teaching of his clear Arabic language represented by his identity, religion and culture,in light of this thesis, this paper comes to shed light on this issue to find out its causes and manifestations and the best procedures through which to avoid the secretions of this situation in order to form a learner capable of overcoming the negative aspects in all its manifestations, "vocal, morphological and syntactic" in particular
