تفعيل استراتيجية الحوكمة للرقابة على التمويل الاسلامي

الملخص
الملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان أهمية التمويل الإسلامي في المعاملات المالية الحديث من أجل الرقابة على الأموال، فالتمويل الإسلامي يمثل أهم مصدر للأرباح الناتجة عن مختلف صيغ الاستثمار في مجالات متعددة أهمها: الصناعة و التجارة و العقار ...الخ، حيث تختلف صيغ التمويل الإسلامي من مرابحة و مشاركة و مضاربة و غيرها من صيغ التمويل الإسلامي، كما أن الحوكمة في المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية تقدم قيمة مضافة من خلال تعزيز حماية حقوق المودعين والمستثمرين، وتسهيل توفير التمويل والخدمات المالية، وتقليل تكلفة رأس المال، وزيادة سلامة هذه المؤسسات في مواجهة الصدمات الخارجية، وبالتالي فالحوكمة تعمل على تحقيق الاستقرار والسلامة للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية من خلال توفير الرقابة الشرعية على التمويل الإسلامي. الكلمات الدالة: التمويل الإسلامي، الحوكمة، الرقابة الشرعية، البنوك الإسلامية، المؤسسسات المالية الإسلامية، الإستراتيجية. Activating the Governance Strategy for the Control of Islamic Fi-nance Abstract : This article aims to show the importance of Islamic finance in the modern financial transactions in order to control funds. Islamic finance is the most important source of profits which are resulting from the various forms of investment in various fields .As: Industry, Trade, Real Estate, and other forms of Islamic finance. Where Islamic financing formulas as : Payoff, Sharing and Speculation and others processes are different from and other Islamic financing modes.So that, The governance of Islamic financial institutions provides added values by enhancing the protection of depositors’s and investors rights, facilitating the provision of finance and financial services, reducing the capital’s cost, and increasing the safety of these institutions when are facing of external shocks. Thus, governance is working to achieve stability and safety for Islamic financial institutions by providing a legal oversight on Islamic finance.
