الزوايا و السلطة خلال العهد العثماني مدينة الجزائر نموذجا

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الزوايا أحد المؤسسات الاجتماعية، الدينية، و الثقافية بمدينة الجزائر فقد لعبت دورا في هاته النواحي بالمدينة ويعود هذا الدور بالأساس إلى الوفرة المالية التي حصلت عليها خاصة من خلال عملية الوقف فقد أصبحت بمثابة مؤسسة متكاملة ساعدت الحكم العثماني في توفير الملجأ للفقراء و الصدقة عليهم و إطعامهم بالإضافة إلى النشاطات المتعلقة بالجانب التعليمي و الإحتفال بالمواسم الدينية و غيرها، ويبدو أن الدور الذي لعبته الزوايا في مجتمع مدينة الجزائر جعل من الحكام العثمانيين يستغلونها من أجل التقرب من الجزائريين حيث قاموا بتأسيس بعضها و تأسيس الأوقاف عليها و المفارقة أنهم جعلوا لها سلطة روحية تمثلت في عدم ملاحقة من احتمى بها من المجرمين و غيرهم. Abstract : The "zaouia" represents one of the social, religious and cultural establishments in Algiers city, it played an important role in the areas of this latter. This role goes essentially to material wealth obtained especially from the activity of "el wakf", thereby it became a perfect establishment helping the Ottoman government to respond to the food and accommodation needs of the poor. Besides education, religious feasts celebrations and other activities, it seems that the role that "Zaouia" played in the society of Algiers city made the Ottoman governors exploit it in order to get closer to Algerians by establishing "el wakf", and the ultimate is that they gave it spiritual sovereignty represented by non-prosecution of criminal refugees and others. Résumé Les "zaouia" représentent l'une des établissements sociales, religieuses et culturelles de la ville d'Alger, elles ont joué un rôle dans ces domaines de la ville, ce rôle revient aux richesses matérielles dûs surtout a l'action d' "el wakf", de ce fait elle est devenue un parfait établissement aidant le gouvernement ottoman a subvenir aux besoins des pauvres en nourriture et hébergement, en plus de l'enseignement et la célébration des faites religieuses et autre, et il parait que le rôle que les zaouïa ont joué dans la société de la ville d'Alger a fait que les gouverneurs ottomans l'ont exploité pour se rapprocher des algériens en construisant ces zaouïas et en constituant les wakfs dessu, et le comble c'est qu'on lui a attribué une souveraineté spirituelle représenté par le non poursuite des criminels et autres qui s'y refuge.
