الضغوط النفسية لدى أمهات الأطفال المصابين باضطراب التوحد ـ دراسة ميدانية ـ

الملخص

الملخص هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن درجة الضغط النفسي الذي تعاني منه عينة من أمهات الأطفال التوحديين، و التعرف على طبيعة الفروق بين الأمهات في درجة الضغط النفسي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة ( سن الأم ، المستوى التعليمي للأم، عمل الأم). و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 33 أما من ولاية باتنة. و تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و ذلك لمناسبته لموضوع البحث. و لتحقيق أهداف البحث، قمنا بتصميم استبيان خاص بالضغوط النفسية لدى الأمهات، و تم حساب الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة، تم حساب الصدق بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي، إذ تراوحت معاملات الارتباط بين بين(0,84) و(0,93) ، بينما تم حساب الثبات بطريقتين: طريقة التجزئة النصفية (0,87)، و طريقة ألفا كرونباخ (0,91) و هي معاملات عالية تعبر عن صدق و ثبات الاستبيان.و تم استخدام النسب المئوية في تحديد خصائص العينة، المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية لمعرفة درجة الضغط النفسي، اختبار ( ت) لتحديد الفروق بين الأمهات من حيث متغيرات الدراسة. و جاءت نتائج البحث كالآتي: -ـ تعاني أمهات الأطفال التوحديين من درجة متوسطة من الضغط النفسي و ذلك بمتوسط حسابي= 3,28. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الضغط النفسي بين أمهات الأطفال التوحديين تبعا لمتغيرات البحث (السن المستوى التعليمي، العمل) Abstract: Psychological stress The Current research aims to investigate the stress experienced by a number of mothers of children with autism. In addition to the variation in its degrees, mainly depending on the different variables of this study (mother’s age, mother’s educational level as well as mother’s job).The sample of study was thirty three women (33) from Batna City .In her inquiry, the researcher used the descriptive method as to its relevance to the nature of the investigation.In order to achieve satisfactory results, the researcher has designed a questionnaire about mothers suffering from stress. The Validity psychometric properties of the tool were carefully calculated for: internal consistency, the correlation ranged between (0.84) and (0.93) while reliability was measured in two ways: Split-half (0.87), Cronbach's alpha (0.91) which are high transactions The researcher has used percentages in determining the properties of the sample, averages and standard deviations to know the degree of psychological stress, besides using( the t-test) to determine the differences between the mothers in terms of the variables of the study. The study results were as follows: - Mothers of children with autism suffer from a medium degree of psychological stress. (Average = 3.28) - No statistically significant differences in the degree of stress among mothers of children with autism depending the age, the level of educational and the work.
