الملخص
ﯾﻬدف اﻟﺑﺣث إﻟﻰ إﺑ ارز ﻣﻛﺎﻧﺔ اﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎر اﻷﺟﻧﺑﻲ اﻟﻣﺑﺎﺷر ﻛﻌﺎﻣل ﻣﻬم ﻟﻧﺟﺎح اﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎر ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘطﺎع اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺣﻲ اﻟﺟ ازﺋري ﺑﺎﻋﺗﺑﺎرﻩ ﻗطﺎﻋﺎ اﺳﺗ ارﺗﯾﺟﯾﺎ ﺑدﯾﻼ ﻟﻘطﺎع اﻟﻣﺣروﻗﺎت ﻓﻲ ﺗﻣوﯾل اﻟﻣوازﻧﺔ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠدوﻟﺔ و ﺗوﻟﯾد اﻟدﺧل اﻟوطﻧﻲ. وﻗد ﺗوﺻﻠت اﻟد ارﺳﺔ إﻟﻰ ﺟﻣﻠﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ أﻫﻣﻬﺎ: ﺿﻌف ﺗدﻓﻘﺎت اﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎر اﻷﺟﻧﺑﻲ اﻟﻣﺑﺎﺷر ﻧﺣو ﻗطﺎع اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺣﺔ ﺑﺳﺑب اﻟﻌﺎﺋد طوﯾل اﻟﻣدى ﻓﻲ اﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎ ارت اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺣﯾﺔ و ﻛذﻟك اﻟﻌ ارﻗﯾل اﻟﺗﻲ ﯾواﺟﻬﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻫذا اﻟﻘطﺎع. وﻗدﻣت اﻟد ارﺳﺔ ﺑﻌض اﻻﻗﺗ ارﺣﺎت أﻫﻣﻬﺎ: ﯾﺟب ﻋﻠﻰ أﺻﺣﺎب اﻟﻘ ارر ﺗرﺷﯾد ارﻗﯾل اﻻﺳﺗﺛﻣﺎر اﻷﺟﻧﺑﻲ اﻟﻣﺑﺎﺷر وﺗوﺟﯾﻬﻪ ﻧﺣو اﻟﻘطﺎع اﻟﺳﯾﺎﺣﻲ وﻣﺣﺎوﻟﺔ إ ازﻟﺔ ﻛل اﻟﻌ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻘف أﻣﺎم ﺗدﻓﻘﺎﺗﻪ. This research aimed to highlight the status of foreing direct investment as an important factor for the success of investments in the Algerian tourism sector as a strategic sector alternative to the hydrocarbon sector in financing the state budget and generating national income of results, the most important of which are: the weakness of foreign direct investment flows towards the tourism sector because of the long- term return on tourism investments and the obstacles faced in this sector suggestions, the most important of which are: The State should rationalize foreign direct investment and direct it towards the tourism sector and try to remove all obstacles that stand in front of its flows
