الملخص

School is one of the society's systems it aims to back it up through its effective out puts and that can’t happen only by curriculums and programs able to raise the school lovely. However, the physical abilities only are not enough. We need to create a productive behavior inside our schools and direct it to the productive school work by a dynamic social action which sets up development at school and thence at the society. To make that concept clear. We made a field study comparing two fundamental schools (third phase). One of them with good results and the other with bad ones, strutting from the following main query. Has the social action dynamics got an essential role in full filling the development in the educational field? At the end we can say that the social action plays an important role in developing the educational field through positive cultural values, marked by universalism, in addition to positive social interaction and positive accordance in tendencies and motivations which grow inside the individuals through positive social action that contributes in social and economic development and thence in comprehensive development.
