اللغة العربية في عصر العولمة " الواقع والتحديات "

الملخص
اللغة العربية - ولا شك- تعتبر من الثوابت الأساسية للأمة العربية الإسلامية، فهي رمز هويتها، وأداة إبداعاتها الفنية، ومعلم من معالم النتاج الفكري والأدبي، كما أنها وسيلة من وسائل التواصل بين الأفراد، وهمزة وصل فعالة في بوتقة المجتمع وصهر جميع أفراده من أجل تحقيق كيان الأمة، والسير بها قدمًا إلى مصاف الدول المتقدمة، والوقوف بها على عتبات التاريخ شامخة كالطود الأشم قديما وحديثا. و اللغة العربية هي عنوان هويتنا العربية، ورمز كياننا القومي وهي جامعة شملنا، وموحدة كلمتنا، وهي حافظة تراثنا ولغة قرآننا، وذلك لأن لغة العرب أفصح لغات التخاطب بين الناس، وأبينها، وأوسعها،وأكثرها تأديةً للمعاني التي تقوم في النفوس، وهي اللغة التي أحكمت بها ألفاظ آيات القرآن الكريم، وفصلت معانيها،وهي واسطة نقل الأفكار وانتشارها، وهي العلاقة التي تربط بين أفراد الأمة وتعبر عن أحلامهم وآمالهم وعن أفراحهم وآلامهم. وإيماناً منا بأهمية اللغة العربية ومكانتها في ترسيخ الهوية القومية والإبداع والانتماء، فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى إبراز ما تواجهه اللغة العربية في القرن الحادي والعشرين من تحديات متعددة ، فالعالم اليوم يعيش عولمةً في مختلف مجالات الحياة، وأصبحت المعارف والعلوم والثقافات متداولة بين جميع أقطار العالم، فلم تعد هناك قيمة للعامل الجغرافي أو حتى العامل الزمني،و في ظل هذه العولمة يحتاج الناس إلى لغة عالمية تكون وسيلة لنقل المعارف والثقافات بين البشرية، فحينما يجلس العربي بجانب الصيني أو الياباني فإنه يريد لغة مشريكة بينه وبينهم حتى يتم التبادل المعرفي بسلاسة وسهولة، وإلا فلن يكون هناك نفع حقيقي من العولمة. ومن المنطق أن تكون اللغة المختارة لتكون لغة عالمية لغةً سهلة ميسرة، يمكن إتقانها والتمكن منها بأسهل الطرق وأيسرها. كما تسعى الدراسة إلى بحث واقع اللغة العربية اليوم في ظل طوفان جارف لعولمة لغوية وثقافية ،حتى كدنا نفقد هويتنا ضمنها ، وصار أبناؤنا يعانون أوهاماً لغوية رغم التاريخ العظيم والماضي التليد للغة العربية. ومن ثم بحث سبل النهوض بها لمواجهة تلك التيارات الجارفة وتحديها، فاللغة من مقومات بناء الأمم وتنميتها وارتقائها، وتطور الأمم رهن بمحافظتها على لغتها ، وقدرة هذه اللغة على التطور والاستيعاب لكل مستحدث ، والعربية إحدى هذه اللغات التي ظهرت منذ القدم ، ولا تزال صامدةً في مواجهة تحديات كثيرة ، لكونها لغة حية تحمل رسالة سماوية عادت على الإنسانية جمعاء بالنور والهداية ، فهي إذن معطى حضاري مهم للأمة العربية والإسلامية ، لكونها تمثل تراثاً وتاريخاً ،هويةً وبعداً حضارياً. الكلمات المفتاحية : اللغة العربية ، العولمة، التكنولوجيات الحديثة، التحديات. Abstract: Arabic language obviously is one of the fundamental constants of the Islamic Arab nation. It is icon of its identity, the mean of its artistic creativity, and one of the intellectual and literary output tributes. Arabic language is also a means of communication between individuals and an effective link in the crucible of the community and the melting of all its members in order to achieve entity of the nation, and boost it to the ranks of developed countries, and stand on the threshold of history. Arabic is the heading our Arab identity, the symbol of our national being and the key of our unity. It is the one which unifies our word, preserves our heritage, and the language of Quran because the language of the Arabs is the fluent spoken languages among the people, the clearest, the vastest, and the most expressive of meanings which spring from the soul. It is the language that is used in the writing of the words of Quran and explains their meanings. It is a medium of the transmission and spread of ideas and the relationship which links between the members of the nation and express their hopes, their dreams, their joys, and pains. And our belief in the importance of the Arabic language and its place in the consolidation of national identity, creativity, and belonging, this study aims to highlight the various challenges which confront the Arabic language in the twenty first century. The world today becomes globalized in different areas of life whereby knowledge, sciences, and cultures become in circulation throughout the world and the geographical and even the temporal factors no longer have the value. And in the light of globalization, people need a universal language as a means for the transfer of knowledge and cultures between humankind. For instance, when an Arab sits beside a Chinese or Japanese, he needs a common language between him and those in order to exchange knowledge smoothly and easily or there will be no real benefit from globalization. Systematically, the selected language to be a universal one is a soft and easy language and its mastery is possible in the easiest ways. The study also seeks to examine the reality of the Arabic language in today's overflow sweeping linguistic and cultural globalization that so we almost might lose our identity within. Our children become suffering from linguistic illusions despite the great history and glorious past of the Arabic language. And therefore, the study aims at searching the ways of enhancing our language to meet those currents. Language is one of the pillars of nation-building, development, and advancement. The development of nations is conditioned by the preservation of their language and the ability of this language to develop and assimilate each novelty. The Arabic language is one these languages that has emerged since antiquity and remains stubborn in the face of many challenges because being a living language bears the heavenly message which benefits all humanity with enlightenment and guidance. Consequently, the Arabic language is a crucial aspect for the Arabic and Islamic nation because it represents the heritage and history, identity and cultural dimension.
