الملخص
This research attempted to identify the specific entrepreneur skills for the owners of small hospitality institutions (Hotel, Restaurants) then from other hospitality owners/ managers. In addition, the research attempted to answer whether they owner's managers are entrepreneurs and whether they need to posses entrepreneurial skills to operate and invest in hospitality projects. The researchers developed questionnaire in order to achieve the research objectives and to attain the primary data. Several statistical techniques were used to analyze the questionnaires such as calculating the frequency distribution, and the averages. The results of the current research suggest that most of the hospitality business owners are entrepreneurs (58.8% of them were idealistic). In addition, operating hospitality institutions require entrepreneurial skilled people for marinating a successful institution and staying competitive in the hospitality sector
