الملخص

We are studying the ability of assimilation the IT concepts in the Arab university programs. Looking at the omission of the contribution of Arabic civilization in access to technology information, and highlight the range of achievements that have emerged in the Arab world during different periods. Showing the establishment of the Arabs to fully debate the concepts of the currently achievements. So we made conclusion that the Arab civilization was on the threshold of the technology currently achieved. To prove the validity of the Arabic language to use IT, we show a set of points over the Arabic language for the use of IT. Show a set of steps necessary to ensure the continuation of the Arab community to connect with the current civilization, and supplying it with adequately prepared based on data components. We propose a methodology for dealing with large numbers labels, we recommend to intensify interest in the achievements of Arab culture ancient and foundational sciences complex and viable productive employment and continuity to serve the global culture.
