الملخص
أثر العنف الزوجي على الصحة النفسية للزوجات المعنفات هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر العنف الزوجي على الصحة النفسية للزوجات المعنفات ، ﺘﻜﻭﻨﺕ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻥ (60) زوجة ﻤﻌﻨﻔﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﻤﻜﻨﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻭﺼﻭل ﺇﻟﻴﻬﻥ ﻤـﻥ ﺨﻼل زيارة الطبيب الشرعي بمستشفى باتنة وكانت العينة قصدية حيث تم إنتقاءالنساء المتزوجات اللواتي يتعرضن للعنف الجسدي أو النفسي من قبل الزوج داخل الاسرة بشكل متكرر لا يقل عن 4 مرات سنويا، وتتراوح اعمارهن ما بين 21-40سنة ،استخدم المنهج الوصفي المقارن. تم الإعتماد على ﻤﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﻟﻠﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ د. أسماء بدري الابراهيم ﻤﻜﻭﻥ ﻤﻥ (40) ﻓﻘﺭﺓ، ﺘﻘـﻴﺱ ﺃﺭﺒﻌـﺔ ﺃﺒﻌـﺎﺩ (ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ،ﺍﻟﻨﻔـﺴﻲ، ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻭكي،ﺍﻟﻔﻜﺭﻱ) للتحقق من ثبات المقياس طبق على 30زوجة حيث بلغ معامل الفاكرونباخ للمقياس ككل ( 0,87 ) و هي قيمة مرتفعة وهذا يدل على أن المقياس ثابتا ، تراوح صدق الاتساق الداخلي لجميع المحاور بين (0.80-0.86) وهذا يشير إلى صدق المقياس, أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الصحة النفسية للزوجات المعنفات من الزوج كان منخفضا ، والتوصل إلى وجود فروق بين الزوجات المعنفات و غير المعنفات ، وعدم وجود فروق في مستويات الصحة النفسية باختلاف حالة الزوجات المعنفات عاملات أو غير عاملات. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the effect of marital violence on the mental health of abused wives. The study sample consisted of (60) married wives who were able to reach them by visiting the forensic doctor at Batna Hospital. The sample was intended to select married women who are subjected to physical or psychological violence Before the husband within the family frequently not less than 4 times a year, and between the ages of 21-40 years, used descriptive comparative method. A mental health measure was adopted. Asma Badri Al-Ibrahim consists of (40) paragraphs, measuring four dimensions (social, psychological, behavioral, intellectual) to verify the stability of the scale applied to 30 wives where the coefficient of Vkronbach for the scale as a whole (0.87) is a high value and this indicates that the scale is constant , The internal consistency of all axes ranged between (0.80 - 0.86) and this indicates the veracity of the scale, The results of the study showed that the level of mental health of abused wives from the husband was low, and finding differences between the abused and non-abused wives, and the absence of differences in the levels of mental health according to the case of wives abused workers or non-workers.
