نظـــرة إلى مستقبــل العــولمة

الملخص
قد تتغلب العولمة على القضايا والحواجز التي تخلق الانقسام والصراع والظلم، أو قد تربك وتعقد عالماً لا يزال يشعر بالريبة تجاه مخاطر العولمة، ولا يدرك إمكانياتها. هذا لأن العولمة أدت إلى تحول كثير من المفاهيم كالاستقلال والسياسة... وتدخلت في مجال الثقافة من أجل إخراج شكل ونمط ثقافي جديد وحيد مهيمن بهدف إرساء ثقافة العولمة. وفي المقابل هناك خصوصيات ثقافية وأقليات وهويات ثانوية انبعثت وانتعشت، مما يؤدي ليس إلى صراع مع العولمة فقط وإنما صراع داخل المجتمعات نفسها. وبالتالي تتعرض العولمة في هذه الحالة إلى مخاطر خصوصاً وأن هناك شعوباً فقيرة يجعلها وضعها تسخط وتهدم بالتأكيد البنية، لأن ليس لديها ما تخسره. وهذا ما سنحاول عرضه في هذه الورقة البحثية. Summary: Globalization may overcome the issues and barriers that create division, conflict and injustice, or it may confuse and complicate a world that is still suspicious of the dangers of globalization and does not realize its potential. This is because globalization has led to the transformation of many concepts such as independence and politics ... and have intervened in the field of culture in order to produce a new and unique cultural form and pattern in order to establish a culture of globalization. On the other hand, there are cultural peculiarities, minorities and secondary identities that have emerged and rebounded, leading not only to conflict with globalization but also conflict within the societies themselves. In this case, globalization is in danger, especially since there are poor people who make it unstable and destroy the structure, because it has nothing to lose. This is what we will try to present in this paper.
