الملخص
لعبت قبائل ساحل الريف شمال المغرب، خلال القرن التاسع عشر، دورا بارزا في تاريخ البلاد، حيث أهلها موقعها الجغرافي المشرف على الحوض الغربي للبحر الأبيض المتوسط، لأن تنغمس بقوة في النشاط البحري. ومن أبرز هذه القبائل، نجد قبيلة بني سعيد في الريف الشرقي، التي توفرت على عدد من القوارب، وظفتها أساسا في أعمال؛ القرصنة، والمساحلة، والتهريب. خاصة في ظل طبوغرافية مساعدة على ذلك، والمتمثلة في وجود مجموعة من المرافئ الطبيعية؛ كمرفئ سيدي حساين، الذي كان له صدى كبيرا في الوثائق المخزنية، خلال ق 19م، فيما يتصل بقضية التهريب، والتجارة، والقرصنة. وقد سمح هذا النشاط البحري لقبيلة بني سعيد، لأن تكون على اتصال دائم مع الأوربيين، مما اكسب بعض أفرادها ثروة وجاه، وجعلهم محط اهتمام من قبل الدوائر السياسية الأوروبية. كما كان لانفتاح القبيلة على البحر الأبيض المتوسط، والاختلاط بالآخر؛ تأثير مهم على بنية المجتمع. Abstract: During the 19th century, the northern coastal tribes of Morocco, played a prominent role in the history of the country, where the geographical position overlooking the western basin of the Mediterranean Sea, because it strongly indulge in marine activity. Among the most prominent of these tribes, the tribe of Ait Said in the eastern countryside, which was available on a number of boats, employed mainly in the acts of piracy and degradation and smuggling. In particular the presence of a group of natural harbors, including the port of Sidi Ehsayn, which was echoed in the warehouse documents during the 19th century, in connection with the issue of smuggling, trade and piracy. This maritime activity allowed the Ait Said tribe to be in constant contact with the Europeans, which gained some of its members a fortune and made them the focus of attention by the European political circles. The opening of the tribe on the Mediterranean Sea and the mixing of the other had an important impact on the society, and we may see this shift in the form of dress and food habits, as well as in the emergence of elite clients with the Europeans.
