الملخص
The main concern of this work is the legal intention of punishment in the Islamic doctrine. The Islamic religion focuses on safety of the population- individuals and groups- from bad characters, illegal behaviours as well as on property of society and its organization. To achieve such aims punishment was not the only way, another principle was added to it and which lies in orientation and education mainly, in addition to warning from bad consequences. However punishments remain the final part in the Islamic discipline.
