الملخص

الملخص: أن نعمة الأمن والاطمئنان والاستقرار من أعظم النعم التي يحوزها الإنسان فيكون آمنًا على دينه أولاً ثم على نفسه وعلى ماله وولده وعرضه، بل وعلى كل ما يحيط به، وقد اهتمت الشريعة بالأمن أيَّما اهتمام، ويظهر جليًا من خلال التشريعات التي جاءت لحفظ الأمن والاستقرار لكي ينعم الإنسان في مجتمعه بالأمن الاجتماعي الذي ينشده، ويستطيع من خلاله أن يعبد ربه ويجلب قوت يومه ويمارس حياته الطبيعية، ولكي يتحقق الأمن الاجتماعي للإنسان لابد من وجود مقومات، ومن هذا المنطلق وضع الإسلام مقومات لتحقيقه، وقد حاولنا جاهدين استقراء أهم مقومات ووسائل الأمن الاجتماعي. لذلك اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يقسم إلى مبحثين وخاتمة، ومن خلال هذا البحث سنتعرف على مفهوم الأمن الاجتماعي ومقوماته ووسائله، ولما بين المقومات والوسائل تشابه كبير، اجتهد الباحث في فصل المقومات عن الوسائل وبيان ذلك من خلال تمهيد ومبحثين: تمهيد: تعريف الأمن الاجتماعي. المبحث الأول: مقومات الأمن الاجتماعي. المبحث الثاني: وسائل الأمن الاجتماعي. Summary: That the blessing of security and tranquility and stability of the greatest blessings that the human being is safe on his religion first and then on himself and his money and his child and his presentation, and all that surrounds him, has been interested in the law of security any interest, and is evident through legislation that came to maintain security and stability to enjoy In order to achieve the social security of man, there must be elements. In this sense, Islam has been established to achieve it. We have tried hard to extrapolate the most important elements and means of social security. Therefore, the nature of the research required that it be divided into two sections and a conclusion, and through this research we will learn about the concept of social security and its components and means, and between the elements and the means are very similar, the researcher strived to separate the ingredients from the means and to show this through the introduction and two sections: Introduction: Definition of Social Security.
