الملخص
بداية تبرز أهمية البحث التكافل الاجتماعي الاقتصادي في الإسلام مفهومه ووسائله في ضرورة الوقوف على معنى التكافل، فإن معرفة الدقصود يعتُ في برقيق الدراد، وفي الدقابل عدم وضوح الدقصود يؤدي إلى التخبط، وىذه ىي الإشكالية التي يسعى البحث إلى حلها وفي إلقاء الضوء على معنى التكافل الاجتماعي وصوره والذدف من بيان ذلك كلو أن يتم برقيق التكافل الاجتماعي بتُ أفراد المجتمع كل و في أحسن صورة، وبكل الوجوه الممكنة، فربدا كانت بناك صور للتكافل لا يعلم بها كثتَ من الناس، فيضيع عليهم فرصة خير كثيرة . ويتناول البحث الحديث عن التكافل الاجتماعي الاقتصادي، في مطلبين : المطلب الأول: مفهوم التكافل الاجتماعي الاقتصادي وأهميته ، وتناول المبحث مفهوم التكافل في اللغة، ومفهومه من الجانب الاقتصادي، موضحا أثره في تماسك المجتمع ونمو الشعور بالانتماء المطلب الثاني: وسائل التكافل الاجتماعي الاقتصادي، وفيه بيان لأىم الوسائل التي من خلالها يمكن برقيق التكافل داخل المجتمع المسلم، ومنها: الزكاة، صدقات التطوع، الوقف، القرض الحسن، النفقات الواجبة للأولاد والزوجة والأقارب، الكفارات، ضمان الدولة لحد الكفاية، الأضحية، العارية استخدمت المنهج الاستقرائي أولا، وذلك باستقراء الآيات والأحاديث المتصلة بهذا الموضوع، ثم إلى المنهج التحليلي بتفسير هذه الآيات وشرح تلك الأحاديث. This research deals with the discussion of socio-economic interdependence, with two demands: The first requirement: the concept of socio-economic interdependence and its importance, and the research dealt with the concept of interdependence in the language, and its concept in the economic aspect, explaining its impact on the cohesion of society and the growth of the sense of belonging The second requirement: the means of socio-economic solidarity, and it includes a statement of the most important means through which solidarity can be achieved within the Muslim community, including: zakat, voluntary charity, endowment, good loan, expenses due to children, wife and relatives, penances, state guarantees to the extent of sufficiency, sacrifice, naked Cette recherche porte sur la discussion des interdépendances socio-économiques, avec deux exigences : La première exigence: le concept d'interdépendance socio-économique et son importance, et la recherche a porté sur le concept d'interdépendance dans la langue, et son concept dans l'aspect économique, expliquant son impact sur la cohésion de la société et la croissance du sens d'appartenance La deuxième exigence : les moyens de solidarité socio-économique, et elle comprend un énoncé des moyens les plus importants par lesquels la solidarité peut être réalisée au sein de la communauté musulmane, y compris : la zakat, la charité volontaire, la dotation, le bon prêt, les dépenses dues aux enfants, femme et parents, pénitences, garanties de l'État dans la mesure de la suffisance, sacrifice, nudité
