الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة بيان الطعن في السند التنفيذي من حيث موضوعه، فغني عن البيان أن السندات التنفيذية تعتبر أحد أركان التنفيذ الثلاثة القائمة، وهي أطراف السند التنفيذي ومحله وسببه، فتنصب الدراسة على تحليل المراد بالطعن ضد السند التنفيذي من حيث الموضوع، من خلال ذكر الأسباب المؤدية لذلك وكيفية مباشرة الطعن إضافة الإشارة إلى القضاء المختص بذلك. This study deals with the statement of the appeal against the executive bond in terms of its subject. It goes without saying that the executive bonds are considered one of the three pillars of the implementation of the list, which are the parties to the executive document, its place and reason. The study focuses on analyzing the object against the executive bond in terms of the subject, Therefore, how to direct the appeal to add the reference to the competent judiciary.
