الفساد من منظور سياسي: الأسباب والتداعيات

الملخص
الأنظمة السياسية عبر العالم لا تولي مسألة الفساد نفس الاهتمام ولا تدرك الظاهرة بنفس المعنى والأبعاد، ولكن الفساد سيكون موجودا دائما كلما تعلق الأمر بعدم القدرة على التفريق بين الفضاء السياسي وفضاء السوق والتجارة، وكلما تعلق الأمر كذلك بعدم التمييز بين ما هو مصالح خاصة ومصالح عامة، وسيكون الفساد موجودا عند كل بيئة المحسوبية والزبونية السياسية، وعليه فالفساد هو مرض معدي وقاتل للمجتمعات. Political systems across the world do not take the same issue of corruption and do not recognize the phenomenon in the same sense and dimensions, but corruption will always exist when it comes to the inability to differentiate between the political space and market space and trade, and the more so as not to distinguish between special interests and public interests, Corruption will exist in every environment of patronage and political patronage, so corruption is a contagious and deadly disease for societies
