Abstract: This research aims to studying the various indicators adopted and the areas covered by them to measure and evaluate the countries attractiveness and benchmarking between them, they are an effective tools and assistance to policy makers, which can’t be dispensed with, but needs a depth analysis of the partial results of the sub-indicators. According to information available about the indicators and countries classification results, we try to evaluate Algeria attractiveness compared to the neighboring country "Morocco" as the most important alternative site for targeting by investors interested in the Maghreb region, to determine Their strengths and weaknesses for the various factors concerning the evaluation of the investment climate in both countries in line with the global and regional average in order to suggest solutions to reinforce attractiveness of Algeria.
