This paper is a reflection on the interest growing caused by the early training of a foreign language in the establishments deprived in Algeria. One of the solutions advanced to achieve the ambitious goal to train multilingual speakers consists in as much as possible anticipating the contact with another language. If the child very early learns the foreign language within the framework from a bilingual education, he will not know blockings which harm the training.
