الملخص
The purpose of this intervention is to capture the cognitive aspects related to establishing the ethical conduct of business organizations and to explain the ethical behavior of these organizations. This is done through four points, first of which are concepts about ethics and ethical behavior in business organizations, then the factors affecting ethical behavior, Ethical behavior and the final study of the pillars of ethical behavior of institutions
