تحليل الانتاج – دراسة حالة مركب صناعة الكوابل ببسكرة–

الملخص
يعتبر تحليل الإنتاج وسيلة فعالة لتجزئة نتيجة المؤسسة و الكشف على العناصر المؤثرة فيها قصد تحسينها. و يساعد المسير على اتخاذ قرارات و إجراءات تصحيحية لتشجيع كل ما هو ايجابي و القضاء على كل ما هو سلبي. لتوضيح أهمية تحليل الانتاج سنتطرق من خلال هذا المقال إلى تحليل الانتاج في مركب صناعة الكوابل بسكرة، و ذلك بالتعرض إلى الأسس النظرية لتحليل الانتاج إذ من خلال هذا العنصر نتطرق إلى مفهوم تحليل الانتاج، مؤشرات تحليل الانتاج، طرق تحليل الانتاج. ثم تحليل الانتاج بمركب صناعة الكوابل و ذلك بتحليل الانتاج باستخدام الطريقة المعممة و ذلك من خلال مقارنة الانتاج المخطط و المنجز خلال سنوات الدراسة و معرفة الانحرافات (التحليل الساكن)، و مقارنة الانتاج المنجز خلال سنوات الدراسة في ما بينها (التحليل الديناميكي). Production analysis is an effective way of segmenting the institution's outcome and identifying the elements that influence it in order to improve it. And helps the facilitator to take decisions and corrective actions to encourage all that is positive and eliminate all that is negative. To illustrate the importance of production analysis, we will examine the analysis of production in the cable industry in Saskra, by looking at the theoretical foundations of production analysis. This component deals with the concept of production analysis, production analysis indicators, methods of production analysis. And then to analyze the production of the cable industry by analyzing the production using the generalized method by comparing the planned and completed production during the years of study and the knowledge of deviations (static analysis) and comparing the output achieved during the years of study among them (dynamic analysis).
