L’emprunt Linguistique: Légitimité, Adaptations, Vie Et Devenir

Résumé

Le présent article traite de l’emprunt linguistique en tant que phénomène sociolinguistique soulevant maintes questions du point de vue linguistique et traductologique. First, how a borrowed word, or traveler word, can find its legitimacy as well as its right of existence in another language than its own, then, how can it enter and adapt itself within the target system and community by harmonizing its signifier or meanings with those already existing, in order to be understood in a given text or discourse, and finally, can the borrowed word live as a native one in the target language, or will it obtain its own rules once entering into target language and detached from its source language and community.
