الملخص
The Study aims to emphasize the necessity of knowing whether or not confession is integral to Islamic jurisprudence and law, in order to achieve the targets set forth by both scientific and realistic points of view in acknowledging its use as a means to prove the case brought before the court. The Study summarizes a number of results that show that a confession fundamentally can not ignored once it has been made.
