السلطة التنظيمية في الفكر السوسيولوجي

الملخص
نعرض في هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع السلطة الذي لقي اهتماما كبير لدى الباحثين في الحقل الاجتماعي والسياسي والإداري، وابن خلدون كانت له يد السبق في هذا المجال، وفكرته في مجملها حول السلطة، إن العصبية هي عامل من عوامل بناء السلطة وتحدد مشروعيتها في اكتساب الملك، وانطلق علماء الاجتماع بعد ذلك في بحث تشكل السلطة وتحديد مشروعيتها أعقاب أحداث الثورة الفرنسية وما أحدثته من تغيرات اجتماعية عميقة طرأت على المجتمع الأوروبي، وفي هذا الإطار ظهرت دراسات ماكس فيبر للسلطة من خلال تقسيمه إياها إلى ثلاثة أصناف يميز كل صنف منها مرحلة من مراحل تطور المجتمع. :Abstract We show in this paper the subject of authority which has received considerable attention from researchers in the social, political and administrative field, and Ibn Khaldun was a hand a head start in this area, and the idea in its entirety on the power, the nerve is the factor of building power factors and determine its legitimacy in the acquisition of King, and dashed sociologists then in the search form power and determine its legitimacy following the events of the French Revolution and what has caused profound social changes in the European community, and in this context, Max Weber Studies Authority emerged through dividing them into three classes distinguish each type at the stage of development of society.
