عمل المرأة في القرآن الكريم - دراسة في مشروعية عملها-

الملخص
ملخص: إن الإسلام لم يمنع المراة من العمل،بل على العكس شجعها على ذلك،و قد جاءت النصوص القرآنية تحث على العمل و تشجع عليه، واللفظ فيها جاء عاما و لم يستثن في ذلك المرأة. فالعمل مشروع في حق كل من الرجل و المراةعلى السواء، تعبديا كان او تكسبيا ، و العمل الصالح مقبول من الذكر و الانثى شرط الايمان ، فالقرآن الكريم جعل العمل للمراة مشروعا سواء كان ذلك بإرادتها أو مجبرة عليه في حدود ضوابط الحاجة و الحشمة و نجد المرأة ساهمت بأعمال شاركت فيها الرجل على أساس قدرتها عليها، كما أن هناك أعمال تختص بها لوحدها، أثبتت فيها مهارة لا يمكن التغاضي عنها، ذكرتها الكثير من الآيات القرآنية التي أثبتت حجية عملها، وردت على الذين أرادوا أن يعطلوا طاقتها و يجعلوها حبيسة جدران بيتها، لا تعد أن تكون إلا زينة او متعة. فالقرآن الكريم أراد للمرأة أن تساهم في رقي مجتمعها بإعتبارها طاقة يجب الإستفادة من خبراتها. Abstract Islam does not prevent woman from work. On the contrary, it encourages her on that. The Quranic texts incites to work and encourages it. The term comes in them general without excluding woman from that. Work is licit in the right of both man and woman equally, whether it is worshiping or earning one’s life. Good work is accepted from both male or female with the availability of the condition of faith. The holy Quran made work for woman licit whether she does it with her will or she is obliged within the limits of the need and decency. We find that woman had helped man doing many works on the basis of her ability to do them. There are also works that only her can do them skillfully that cannot be overlooked. They are mentioned by many Quranic verses which proved her right to work, answering those who want to hinder her energy, keeping her between the walls of her house, serving as decoration or pleasure. The holy Quran wants woman to take part in the development of her society as she is an energy. We should get profit from her experience
