Résumé

This research tackles the crisis that learning and teaching of French are suffering from in south Algeria through studying the main reasons and suggesting some solutions. The acquired results, after a field investigation in which partners of the educational system were included, revealed a negative orientation in general towards educational reform in addition to the incoherence between the social partners. As a solution, the social partners must participate in all stages of the educational reform
