الملخص
الملخص: يُعتبر الأداء التربوي والوظيفي أسمى ما عُرِفَ به الكائن البشري منذ العصر القديم(3200 ق.م)، والذي يُشكّلُ بداية ما يُسمى بالمرحلة التاريخية، حيث تمكّن من تكريس حقائق ذكائه عبر إنجازات ضخمة أظهر فيها باستمرار وبتدرّج قدرات حركيّة، معرفيّة ووجدانيّة أنتجتْ كفاءات لا تُحصى في مُمارسة آلاف الوظائف ومُتابعة كل مجالات التربية والتعليم والتكوين المهني؛ هذه المجالات التي رشّحته إلى الارتقاء في مستويات أداءه إلى حدِّ الإتقان، ذلك من خلال التطوّر الثقافي الحاصل. الهدف من المقال هو إلقاء الضوء على مفهوم الأداء التربوي والوظيفي ومناقشة الأسس الثقافية التي أثمرَتْه. Abstract : The educational and functional performance is the highest known to the human being since the ancient era (3200 BC), which is the beginning of the so-called historical stage, where he was able to dedicate the facts of his intelligence through the achievements of a huge showed constantly and by the levels of mobility, cognitive and emotional produced countless competencies In the practice of thousands of jobs and follow-up all areas of education and vocational training; these areas, which nominated him to improve the levels of performance to perfection, through the cultural development taking place. The aim of the article is to shed light on the concept of educational and functional performance and discuss the cultural foundations that have produced it.
