الاستراتيجية الدولية في مواجهة المخاطر الكبرى

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر بحوث البيئة في العصر الحديث من أهم البحوث التي تتطلبها ضرورات الأمم من أجل السير قدما في تنمية مستدامة مضمونة العواقب، ولذلك كانت معرفة الاستراتيجية الدولية في مواجهة المخاطر الكبرى – والتخضير من أهمها - حتمية علمية تمليها ركائز الاستراتيجية ذاتها، لأنها ديدن الحكومات المعاصرة والهيئات الدولية. إن التخضير يعتبر باتفاق جميع الهيئات العالمية والحكومات الطريق الرئيس الذي لابد من اعتماده واتباع النتائج العلمية المتوصل إليها في ذلك لاعتماده كاستراتيجيه أساسية في مواجهة المخاطر الكبرى، وبما أننا بصدد موضوع مهم وله قيمته العلمية، فلابد من الإجابة عن الإشكالات المطروحة، ويتلخص ذلك من خلال مقدمة ومبحثين : المبحث الأول: مفهوم التخضير وأهميته وسياسة التخضير؛ والمبحث الثاني: مرتكزات الاستراتيجية الدولية ؛ لنخلص إلى خاتمة تجمع أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال هذا البحث. Environment Research is considered in the modern of the most important research required by the exigencies of Nations in order to move forward in the sustainable development guaranteed consequences of age, so they know the international strategy in the face of major risks - and the greening of the most important - a scientific inevitability dictated by the same strategic pillars, because they didn’t contemporary governments and international bodies . The greening is the agreement of all the world bodies and governments the main road which has to be adopted and followed reached the scientific findings in order to adopt a key strategy in the face of major risks, and since we are in the process of an important topic and has scientific value, it must be the answer to the problems at hand, and boils through Introduction and two sections: Section I: concept and importance of greening and greening policy, and the second topic: the pillars of international strategy, to conclude the conclusion of the most important results obtained collected through this research.
