الملخص
Certainly. The inevitable becoming of globalization which imposes it self today on all social life aspects .related to the massive evolution of information and communication technologies .which means that she found in those technologies its perfect tool this article discusses the concept of globalization and informational globalization with all its mechanisms and influences on the arab society and through that it aims to find ways to confront the imposed challenges particularly in regard to the negative effects that are still provoking collapses on the social and moral levels in order to be able to maintain the level that gave her the prestigieus status among the civilization .
