This study has tried to examine the political position of youth in Algeria, and reaction towards isolation and exclusion from political participation. The aim of this study is to concentrate on political consciouness and parties rising since the twenties of the last century ,in which the polical maturity was leaded to independence and youth participation in the building and development of the country
