فقه الإعلام: إشكالية المصطلح وضرورة التأصيل

الملخص
ان العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية الغربية المنشأ والتصور والبيئة التي ولدت فيها والاهداف التي جندت لخدمتها. تمثل تحديا كبيرا ومازقا حادا ومعضلة حقيقية بالنسبة للمسلمين عامة والباحثين خاصة. يضاف الى ذلك اشكالية المصطلح واستخدامه الاستخدام السيء من طرف واضعيه بقصد او بغير قصد, مما زاد في تعقيد الاشكالية الاولى وقد انبرى مجموعة من الباحثين المسلمين للحد من انعكاسات الافكار والتصورات الغربية, من خلال تبني مشاريع التأصيل واسلمة العلوم والمعارف, رغم ما يلاقونه من معارضة من دعاة التغريب والتبعية الذين لا يرون تقدما حضاريا للامة الا بتجردها من قيمها وتصوراتها ومعتقداتها والسير في ركاب الغرب المتقدم المتحضر. واعتقد وبغض النظر عن المعارضة الشديدة التي يلاقيها دعاة التأصيل والأسلمة من دعاة التغريب ان دعوتهم الى التأصيل قاصرة باعتبار انها تنطلق من الفكر الغربي المبني على ايديولوجيات وتصورات وافكار لا تتناسب وتصوراتنا وافكارنا ومعتقداتنا, وولدت في بيئة تختلف كلية عن بيئتنا. ويسعى دعاة التأصيل الى التدليل على بعض النظريات الغربية باجتزاء بعض نصوص القران الكريم او السنة النبوية, او بعض المواقف العملية من السيرة النبوية او مواقف ومقولات بعض السلف الصالح وايرادها على انها تؤيد ما ذهب اليه فلان او علان في نظريته. وانخرطا في هذه القافلة المباركة, اقدم بعض الملاحظات على التسميات المطروحة, وأضيف إليها مصطلح الفقه (فقه الإعلام) Summary The humanities and social origin and conception and West environment where born and those recruited to serve. I think regardless of the strong opposition encountered by advocates of indigenization and Islamization of alienation that invite to indigenization deficient as they proceed from Western thought based on ideologies, perceptions and ideas not commensurate with our imagination and our thoughts and beliefs, and was born in a different faculty about our environment. Advocates seek to demonstrate some of indigenization theory subsets of some Western texts of the Qur'ans or, In the prophetic Sunnah or some practical attitudes of biography or positions and some good advances discourse and reflected that it supports the view, in his theory because, Alan. And engaged in this blessed convoy, offer some observations on the labels at hand, and added to the term fiqh (jurisprudence of the media)
