الملخص
الملخص: تناول المقال دور الأقطاب البيداغوجية في تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات – القطب المتعلم أنموذجا - دراسة نظرية سلطت الضوء على دور المتعلم وتأثير الموقع الذي يشغله في غرفة الدراسة، وانعكاسه على تحصيله المعرفي واستثماره سلوكيا، انطلاقا من إشكالية: ما هو دور القطب المتعلم في تطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات؟ والتي عولجت في العناصر الآتية: 1- تحديات التعليم في البيئة الاجتماعية الجديدة. 2- أهداف الجلوس على مقاعد الدراسة. 3- دور المتعلم بين النظام التقليدي والنظام الجديد. 4- خاتمة (نتائج الدراسة). وخلاصة الدراسة أن دور المتعلم في هذه المقاربة لن يُفُعُّل إلا بتوفير الظروف والوسائل الملائمة والمناسبة. وتنبه إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بواقع التعليم في الجزائر، وتحث على دراسات ميدانية تأصيلية. Abstract: The article discusses the role of the pedagogical poles in the application of competency approach - the learner pole model - a theoretical study that highlighted the role of the learner and the impact of the position he occupies in the study room, and its reflection in cognitive achievement and behavioral investment, based on the problem: What is the role of the learner pole in the application of competency approach? Which were dealt with in the following elements 1. The challenges of education in the new social environment. 2 - the objectives of sitting on the school. 3 - the role of the learner between the traditional system and the new system. 4 - Conclusion (results of the study). The conclusion of the study is that the role of the learner in this approach will only be done by providing appropriate and appropriate conditions and means. And calls attention to the need for attention to the reality of education in Algeria, and urges thorough field studies.
