الملخص
Moroccan women in the jurisprudence of Abu al - Qasim al - Barzali In this study, we try to shed light on the importance of the books of jurisprudence in the writing of Islamic history in general and the history of women in particular, where the Moroccan society monitors its customs and traditions related to women based on one of the jurisprudential books. This comes within the framework of renewal in the historical school or what can be called Historical reality, through the study of the books of jurisprudence, Fatawas, judgments and elnawazil; to find out the historical reality of the political, economic and social aspects And intellectual in Islamic societies, And some scholars recognized their historical value.
