الغابات الجزائرية في منظور المشروع الاستعماري الفرنسي خلال القرن 19م

الملخص
تميزت الغابات الجزائرية بالوفرة والتنوع وشساعة مساحتها واختلاف كثافتها بين العمالات الثلاث،وقد ارتبطت الغابات بالمجتمع الجزائري من حيث جوانب متعددة أخرى ذات أهمية حيوية منها تكاملها بالزراعة والأدوات المنزلية والسكن كما شكلت أحد الدعائم الأساسية للعديد من الحرف التقليدية اليدوية للجزائريين ومنها الصناعة النسيجية والجلدية ، ونواحي أخرى لا تقل أهمية منها ما يتعلق بالحياة اليومية ومنها أخشاب الطهي والتدفئة وحتى التعليم في الزوايا والكتاتيب . لقد شكلت الغابات أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للإدارة الاستعمارية بحكم أبعادها الاقتصادية والسياسية وارتباطها الشديد بالمصالح الاستعمارية والاستيطان خصوصا ،إن ما تدره الغابات من ثروة حقيقية وأهداف سياسية توضحها عمليات جرد وإحصاء أراضي الغابات التي صنفت الكثير من مساحاتها العشبية الرعوية بأنها غابات. إن مقاصد الإدارة الاستعمارية متعددة الأوجه وكلها تصب في هدف واحد متناقض الوجهين المتمثل في حرمان الأهالي من كل مكسب وإغداق المستوطنين بكل مغنم . Abstract: Algerian forest was characterized by their abundance, diversity, vastness, density in differences between the three prefectures. Algerian forest was connected to the society in terms of other vitally important various aspects including the agriculture, home appliances and housing also formed one of the mainstays of many traditional manual for the Algerians, including the textile and leather industry crafts, and other aspects are equally important including those related to daily life, such as wood for cooking and heating and Education in Coranic schools. Forests have formed a great importance for the colonial administration by virtue of the economic and political dimensions, it has a strong association with interests and colonial settlement in particular, what generated the forest of real wealth and political objectives of the illustrated inventory and census of forests classified a lot of herbal pastoral spaces land as forests, that the purposes of a multi-faceted colonial administration and all are in the one goal with contradictory sides of depriving indigenous of every gain and the bestowal of settlers with all the benefits.
