الملخص
In view of Algeria's economic openness and the trend towards liberalization of foreign trade, and the opening up of financial markets, there are many forms in which funds, perhaps most notably foreign direct investment as an alternative means of financing that Algeria has resorted to, and considers the policy cash is one of the most important areas of economic policy in the face of the challenges that economic openness can bring about by attracting as much investment as possible foreign direct, to promote Algeria's economy, which is a diversified economy, although it is primarily dependent on the hydrocarbon sector. This policy is made up of monetary data, which is the subject of its intervention, and through its intermediate objectives (inflation, exchange rate, interest) plays a pivotal role in shaping the investment climate appropriate for economic activity, taking into account the relationship of money to the activity economic, so that monetary authority does not lose control over the cash mass leading to inflation and price changes, the vast majority of multinational corporations attach great importance to the element of economic stability that affects the volatility of investment returns in host countries.
