العنف في الوسط الجامعي وسيادة القيم اللامعيارية

الملخص

تعد ظاهرة العنف في المؤسسات التعليمية والجامعية من أكثر الظواهر التي تستدعي اهتمام مختلف الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية، فقد انتقل العنف من الشارع والملاعب إلى الجامعة الوسط الذي اعتبر لقرون عدة محضنة طبيعية لصناعة النخبة لتكوين القيادات والإطارات وترسيخ احترام القيم والمبادئ والالتزام بها، لكن في العقود الأخيرة بدأت تنتشر في هذا الوسط أشكال مختلفة من العنف والسلوك المنحرف بشكل ملفت للانتباه. وتحور شكل العنف الجامعي من عنف رمزي إلى عنف مادي يصل إلى درجة التصفية الجسدية، ومن عنف فردي بين شخصين إلى عنف جماعي بين مجموعتين من الطلاب تزيد من حدته الصراعات الجهوية بين الطلبة وانتشار الفساد والمحسوبية على مختف المستويات؛ بالإضافة إلى المشاكل البيداغوجية الظاهرة كالاكتظاظ بالأقسام والاقامات وضعف التأطير العلمي والبيداغوجي ونقص الوعي لدى الطلبة وغيرها. بذلك أصبحت السلوكات العدائية وغير أخلاقية سلوكات شائعة بين الطلبة مما سمح بسيادة اللامعيارية فحدث اختلال في القيم على مستوى الوسط الجامعي والمجتمع،إن انتشار مثل هذا السلوك المشين وغير الأخلاقي وقبوله اجتماعيا بين الطلبة هو أمر في غاية الخطورة يستدعي البحث فيه والوقوف على مسبباته ووضع الحلول لمعالجته وتبيان خطورته على مختلف المشكلات الاجتماعية الأخرى.لهذا يهدف هذا العمل للبحث في أسباب العنف في الوسط الجامعي وأشكاله وعلاقته بسيادة اللامعيارية ووضع اقتراحات للتقليل من انتشار هذا النوع من العنف Abstract: The phenomenon of violence in educational and university institutions is one of the most important phenomena that require the attention of various governmental and non-governmental bodies. Violence has moved from the streets and playgrounds to the Central University, which for centuries has been considered as a natural incubator for the formation of leaderships and frameworks. Various forms of violence and deviant behavior began to spread in this medium. The form of university violence has been transformed from symbolic violence to physical violence amounting to physical liquidation, from individual violence between two to collective violence between two groups of students, exacerbated by regional conflicts among students, widespread corruption and cronyism at the lower levels; and apparent pedagogic problems such as overcrowding Weak scientific and pedagogical supervision, lack of awareness among students and others. Thus, hostile and unethical behavior became common behavior and competition among students, which allowed for the supremacy of immorality. There was an imbalance in values and standards at the university and community level. The prevalence of such shameful and immoral behavior and social acceptance among students is extremely dangerous. And develop solutions to address it and show its seriousness on the various other social problems. Therefore, this work will examine the causes of violence in the university and its forms, its relation to the supremacy of non-discrimination and the development of proposals to reduce the spread of this type of violence.
